Bridal Bootcamp
The Bootcamp is organized in a clear weekly schedule. Each week has a different set of exercises and includes 6 days of working out for 45 minutes. Recommended props are a 9-inch Pilates ball, resistance band, and light weights. However, many household items can be used as an alternative!
Day 1: Full-Body Mat
Day 2: Abs
Day 3: Arms & Back
Day 4: Butt & Legs
Day 5: Light Cardio Barre
Day 6: Stretch
Brides have plenty of other things to plan and worry about. We have done the work for you. Take some time for yourself to lengthen as you strengthen, as well as decompress and relieve stress.
