The Bootcamp is organized in a clear weekly schedule. Each week has a different set of exercises and includes 6 days of working out for 45 minutes. Recommended props are a 9-inch Pilates ball, resistance band, and light weights. However, many household items can be used as an alternative!

  • Day 2: Abs

  • Day 3: Arms & Back

  • Day 4: Butt & Legs

  • Day 5: Light Cardio Barre

  • Day 6: Stretch
