I’ve taken classes with Ale for a couple of years, both in-person and virtually. Ale’s classes are focused, effective, and fun! She pays very close attention to correct even minor mistakes in form, and regularly introduces new exercises to keep things fresh. I love taking Ale’s classes, especially our virtual 1-on-1 sessions. She is very patient and elegant (she is a dancer!) We always work on whatever my body needs the day we meet. She has helped me fix quite a few issues such as low back pain, stiff neck and shoulders from sitting in front of a computer screen all day, feet and ankle pain from dance. and pain around my tailbone from a snowboarding fall. She really pays close attention to my body and reminds me whenever I tense up the wrong muscles. Her exercises are very efficient for deeply relaxing and conditioning the target muscles. My body always feels refreshed and open after the class. With her knowledge I have learned how to properly utilize muscles for everyday movement. She has taught me how to breath properly and deeply relax my body after a long day at work. I have also learned how to gain a stronger and more stable core to perform better during dance and workouts. I definitely feel that my body has benefited a lot from taking her class.

I have had the pleasure of training with Ale for several years now. I relocated to Kentucky last summer and wanted to continue training, but I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to try the Zoom classes at first. Ale made the transition very easy. Initially I just had a mat, a foam roller, bands and an exercise ball, but I was so happy with Ale’s workouts that I purchased a Reformer - and I am so glad I did! Especially during this past winter when it was too cold for me to go outside- I needed those sessions! Ale has helped me work through several injuries, including foot surgery. She always keeps my workouts challenging while accommodating any physical limitations that I have. Not only is Ale an excellent instructor, she is also charming and makes all of my workouts enjoyable!
