Each week has a different set of exercises and each day includes 45 minutes of working out. Recommended props are a 9-inch Pilates ball, resistance band, and light weights. Although many household items can be used as an alternative!

Day 4: Butt & Legs
Day 5: Light Cardio Barre
Day 6: Stretch
