Our “Shredding for the Wedding” Bridal Bootcamp is a 4-week program to help you get in the most amazing shape of your life for your Wedding Day, Bachelorette Party, or whenever you decide you need it. This program is designed to tone your muscles, slim your waistline, and improve your posture so you can feel your absolute best on your special day.
The Bootcamp is organized in a clear weekly schedule. Each week has a different set of exercises and includes 6 days of working out for 45 minutes. Recommended props are a 9-inch Pilates ball, resistance band, and light weights. Although many household items can be used as an alternative!
Day 1: Full-Body Mat
Day 2: Abs
Day 3: Arms & Back
Day 4: Butt & Legs
Day 5: Light Cardio Barre
Day 6: Stretch
Brides have plenty of other things to plan and worry about. We have done the work for you. Take some time for yourself to lengthen as you strengthen, as well as decompress and relieve stress. All you have to do is stick to the provided schedule, and you will see and feel the transformation in just 4 weeks!
